The lobby area offered ample space for work and relaxation. I found the communal area with music to be very inviting. The staff agreed to store my bags after I checked out which I found thoughtful.
The check-in process utilized computers. Assistance from staff was limited, and I would have enjoyed a bit more personal interaction.

this was my first time at a hotel of this kind and i loved it. the room has a super cool design, i used the tablet to control the lights and tv. the bed was really comfy and i rested well. the location was ideal to walk to many nearby shops.
i found the room to be a bit small, it would have been good to have a bit more space to move around. with my suitcase, it was tricky.

the staff was incredibly helpful; jenna and jay were always there to answer questions and gave great tips on the area. they were very attentive and made me feel welcome. i received assistance with luggage storage at the concierge desk.

the common area is very trendy and inviting, there are spaces to work or relax with friends. the gym has treadmills and some weights. the exterior space is well kept.

The staff greeted me warmly and check-in was very efficient.
My room's iPad controls malfunctioned repeatedly. The TV switched on at 3 AM and woke me. There was no coffee maker in the room. I needed it for an early meeting. The room rate felt excessively high given these issues.

The location near dining and shopping was a definite plus.
The self check-in process didn't work for me, I needed employee assistance. My room was uncomfortably tiny. The iPad that controls everything did not function properly. I could not control the TV. The window also lacked a blackout shade.
